International Shipping (Canada & other countries)
We do currently ship internationally. International customers are able to choose their own form of shipping. Customs will delay the handling of package depending on your form of shipping.

Refund Policy
When we are having ANY promotional sales and you happen to place order BEFORE the code is live. We are not responsible for refunding the difference. You are responsible for double checking the code has been applied to your cart before purchasing.
We do not provide ANY refunds due to the type of products we sell, we list all ingredients on our labels and in the descriptions of our products. Please be sure to double check if our products are for you. Under certain circumstances, if we are at fault for (items not received, or a packaging malfunction) we will do two of the following options
1.) Provide store credit
2.) Refund your full purchase amount if proven we have made a mistake on our end

Return Policy
We have a 5 day return policy, which means you will only have 5 days after you've received your order to let us know you'd like to return. If the 5th day has passed, we will not be able to accept any returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase when contacting us.
To start a return, you can contact us at lynn101419@icloud.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
